Salon Policy & Preparation
Cancellation Policy
New clients must provide a credit card on file and a deposit to secure their appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment to receive a deposit refund. No-shows result in a non-refundable deposit due to a time lost fee.
Existing Clients are not required to provide a deposit upon booking. A card must be on file for late cancellations. A $50 fee applies for color and scalp services, and a $125 fee for smoothing treatments for time lost. One fee waiver is allowed per calendar year for unexpected events!
Preparation for your appointment
Color Services
Please come with hair washed within 2 days of your appointment. Cleaner hair allows color to work better without buildup.
Remove or leave at home expensive or chunky jewelry.
Avoid wearing high-collared shirts, light-colored tops, and expensive clothing to prevent staining or damage.
Scalp Services
