Cancellation Policy

New clients must provide a credit card on file and a deposit to secure their appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment to receive a deposit refund. No-shows result in a non-refundable deposit due to a time lost fee.

Existing Clients are not required to provide a deposit upon booking. A card must be on file for late cancellations. A $50 fee applies for color and scalp services, and a $125 fee for smoothing treatments for time lost. One fee waiver is allowed per calendar year for unexpected events!

Preparation for your appointment

Color Services

  • Please come with hair washed within 2 days of your appointment. Cleaner hair allows color to work better without buildup.

  • Remove or leave at home expensive or chunky jewelry.

  • Avoid wearing high-collared shirts, light-colored tops, and expensive clothing to prevent staining or damage.

Scalp Services
